Breakfast is served in the dining room from 6.45am to 9.30am (we ask you to let us know what time you would like breakfast the night before). It is cooked on the Aga stove, which produces wonderful porridge, and is partly fuelled by the orange skins left after making orange juice - sustainability in action!

You can choose any or all of the following:

  • Freshly-squeezed orange juice
  • Choice of cereals, Pimhill Farm organic muesli, Pimhill Farm organic muesli with apricots, figs and seeds
  • Pimhill Farm organic porridge
  • Fresh fruit
  • Yogurt
  • Full English Breakfast (free range eggs, tomato, mushrooms, beans, sausages, Danny the Butcher's bacon from Holywell, black pudding, hash browns)
  • Smoked salmon & scrambled eggs
  • Continental option (selection of cured meats and croissants and cheese)
  • Marmalade, honey and special preserves.
  • Toast (brown or white bread)
  • Coffee (regular filter, decaffeinated)
  • Selection of teas (English Breakfast, Earl Grey's, Peppermint, Green)
